Ранее
было опубликовано несколько русско-хинди и хинди-русских словарей,
например «Хинди-русский словарь» А. С. Бархударова, В. М.
Бескровного, Г. А. Зографа и В. П. Липеровского в 2-х томах (М., 1972),
охвативший 75000 слов. Тираж был 4000 экз. Издание давно стало
библиографической редкостью. Недавно этот словарь был переиздан, но в
силу нынешней дороговизны книг, он доступен не многим изучающим хинди.

Бхандвале.
Другим таким словарем является
хинди-русский-хинди словарь, созданный специалистами,
работающими при индийском посольстве в Москве. В этот словарь включены
лишь наиболее употребительные слова. При этом у них опущены архаичные
значения слов. Он может быть использован обладателями компьютеров как
учебное подспорье.

стандартный русский шрифт.
В
комплект
входят индийские шрифты - SS Devanagari Sasha
II, Dv_divya и Dv_nisha.
Программа
установки должна установить эти шрифты.
